Peach Burrata Salad

A light and refreshing salad combining sweet peaches, creamy burrata, and peppery arugula, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • Fresh burrata cheese
  • Ripe peaches, sliced
  • Arugula
  • Almonds, toasted
  • Balsamic glaze
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash the arugula and pat it dry.
  2. Slice ripe peaches into even wedges.
  3. Place the arugula on a large platter and arrange the peach slices on top.
  4. Tear the burrata into pieces and scatter it over the fruit.
  5. Sprinkle toasted almonds for crunch.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve right away and enjoy.
