Potsticker Stir Fry Delight

A quick, warm stir fry featuring crispy potstickers paired with bright, crunchy vegetables and a flavorful garlic ginger sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of potstickers
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add potstickers and fry until crispy and golden brown, then remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add bell peppers, snap peas, and carrots. Sauté until they are tender.
  4. Mix soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a small bowl.
  5. Pour sauce over vegetables and stir to coat.
  6. Add the potstickers back to the pan and toss everything together gently.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Serve with extra soy sauce or chili oil for dipping. Garnish with green onions or sesame seeds for added flavor and crunch.
