Refreshing Summer Salad

A vibrant and refreshing summer salad combining peaches, watermelon, and fresh mint.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches
  • 2 cups watermelon
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint
  • 1 lime (for juice)
  • Salt (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cut the peaches and watermelon into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the peaches, watermelon, and chopped fresh mint.
  3. Squeeze the juice of one lime over the salad and sprinkle with salt to taste.
  4. Toss gently to combine and serve immediately.

Notes

Best served chilled. Add feta cheese or grilled chicken for variety.
