Rosemary Garlic Steak Kebabs

Juicy steak kebabs marinated with rosemary and garlic, paired with sweet cherry tomatoes and tender baby potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1 lb baby potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Combine olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Cut the steak into cubes and add it to the marinade. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Parboil the baby potatoes until just tender.
  5. Assemble the skewers by alternating pieces of steak, cherry tomatoes, and baby potatoes.
  6. Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Marinate the steak longer for more flavor. Mix in other vegetables like bell peppers or zucchini as desired.
