Sweet & Savory Asian Mango Glazed Chicken Twists

A quick and flavorful dish combining sweet mango with savory soy sauce and garlic, perfect for weeknight dinners.

  • 1 cup mango puree
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix mango puree, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger to make the glaze.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  4. For oven-baked: Place chicken on a baking sheet, brush with mango glaze, and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through. For skillet-seared: Cook chicken in skillet for 6-8 minutes per side, basting with the glaze until caramelized.
  5. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
