Tandoori Chicken Naan Pizza

A delicious fusion dish combining tandoori chicken with naan bread, perfect for quick meals.

  • 2 naan breads
  • 1 cup cooked tandoori chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 cup yogurt sauce or raita
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place naan breads on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread shredded tandoori chicken evenly over each naan.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken.
  6. Add sliced red onion and bell pepper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped cilantro.
  9. Serve with yogurt sauce or raita on the side.

Notes

For a crispy texture, place the naan under a broiler for the last minute of baking.
