Simple Tomato Pasta

A quick and delicious pasta dish with fresh tomatoes and garlic.

Ingredients

  • 200 g pasta
  • 2 cups chopped tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil pasta until al dente.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, sauté garlic, and add chopped tomatoes. Cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Toss the pasta with the tomato sauce, season with salt and pepper, and serve.

Notes

Feel free to add fresh basil or Parmesan cheese for extra flavor.
